A Non Traditional Wedding and It's Appropriate Wedding Favors
Have you ever stopped to think about how many romances or comedies you have watched in your life? How many had almost perfect scenes in it which took place at a wedding? Sometimes movie scenes such as this are as memorable as that fly you managed to make explode on your windshield while driving fifty-five miles and hour.
I bet if the movie industry threw in some glamorous decorations and some wedding favors that were different then perhaps the wedding scenes of their movies would stand out more. It can't be just any type of wedding dcor either, it would have to be completely different and eye grabbing. Just as any other scene in the movie is in its own way different then any film scene before it, a wedding scene should be as well. Imagine if this scene had complete unique wedding favors. Something completely different then any you could find at any store. Something which were to look as though it took the special effects department quite a bit of time to come up with. This would make it memorable right?
Surely even the untrained eye can, in some aspects see clearly even the finest of details. This is what sets award winning films apart from all the rest. The amount of fine detail which they use when carefully constructing the scenes as well as the props used in the scenes is what earns the producers and directors recognition. The more unique the props are, the more memorable the movie. This is also true for scenes from a movie.
Imagine you were watching a western romance film. Of course there is a wedding scene in it, but in this film it is different then any you have ever laid your eyes upon before. In this particular scene the bride is dressed in a button up men's shirt, faded jeans, and a cowboy hat equipped with cowboy boots and spurs. The groom is dressed to match and the only way to tell the two apart is by the brides long hair which hangs out from under her hat. There are a few guests, all of which look as though they were outlaws. For decor there is the great outdoors, and their wedding favors for all of their guests are colt forty-fives.
Have you ever received a gun for attending a wedding before? Of course not! This type of scene is what would be most memorable because it is unique. It isn't often that a bride and groom dress alike to get married either. Especially in matching attire that makes them both look like they were riders of Doc Holiday's or Billy the Kid's. People would defiantly watch this movie just to see for themselves how original the story lines as well as the props used in the film are. Aside from being the talk of the film world, could you imagine how many soon to be brides would try to mimic this scene? We would see more cowboy and cowgirl weddings then ever before. I just doubt that they would be giving out guns at the reception though, but then again one never knows. Maybe this is what they meant by the term "shotgun wedding". One can never be sure though, because when it comes to how people try to relive their favorite movie scenes for themselves, we may all be in for a surprise.
